Terms of Use
Last updated 27 August 2026
By downloading or using Marching Ants you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@marchingants.app.
The beta
Marching Ants is early beta software provided free of charge in its current form. It may change, break, or be discontinued without notice.
What you need to use it
A Marching Ants account, which you create by signing in with Google, and a monthly plan once plans are available. We run the AI models for you, so there is no separate provider account to set up and no API key to supply.
Acceptable use
Use Marching Ants in line with the rules that apply to you. Do not use it to break your school’s or employer’s policies, testing or exam rules, or any proctoring requirements. Marching Ants is a study and productivity helper, not a tool for defeating exam security.
Answers are not guaranteed
Answers come from third-party AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important yourself. Marching Ants is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Payments and refunds (when live)
- One-time search packs are non-refundable once delivered, except where a refund is required by law. Packs do not expire.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and keep working until the end of the paid period. Monthly search allowances reset each period and do not roll over. No partial refunds.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features, and may end the beta or the product entirely. We’ll give reasonable notice to paying users where practical.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Marching Ants and its maker are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any losses beyond the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
