macOS menu bar · one shortcut
Screenshot a question.
Get the answer.
Press a shortcut, drag a box around anything on screen, and a small cube shows you the answer next to your cursor.
Built to stay out of the way — lives in the menu bar, setup takes about a minute.
Private & secure — your capture is sent over an encrypted connection, answered by the models, and never stored.
Ghost mode — the answer popup doesn’t show up in screen recordings, screenshots, or screen shares.

One shortcut
It works out what you need
Drag a box around anything. It reads what it is and answers accordingly. No mode to pick.
Answer replies with just the result — exact-form math, the right multiple-choice letter, a quick graph when a picture is the natural answer.

Why you can trust it
Two models answer. A third settles it.
One AI is confidently wrong often enough that you’d have to check it yourself. So we don’t use one.
Two race
You get whichever finishes first. Three to five seconds.
One checks it
Green tick, they agree. Red, they don’t — and you’ll know.
A third breaks the tie
One tap. Only when you want it, so it never slows you down.

Ten models benchmarked on the same screenshots. Each job goes to whichever won it — no model is best at everything, and the lineup changes when a better one appears.

Do it yourself
Pick something, press ⌘⇧A, drag a box around it.
This is the real Marching Ants shortcut — it fires here because the tab has focus. The actual app catches it everywhere, even when it isn’t the front app, and boxes your real screen instead of a demo.
Press the shortcut to start.

macOS 13+ (Apple silicon) · ~0.5 MB · sign in with Google on first launch
Open the disk image, drag Marching Ants to Applications. First launch: open it, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway (it’s signed but not notarized yet). It lives in the menu bar — no Dock icon.
